cinematic-ai-director is an English-first Codex Skill and dependency-free Python toolkit for live-action films, commercials, and music videos. It builds clean identity and world authorities, hides failed candidates, locks spatial and cross-scene state, derives cinematography from the script, and exports portable Higgsfield-ready work orders.

Production promise

The system does not promise that every raw image generation succeeds. It promises that a failed image cannot become an approved root, a downstream reference, or an exported production asset.

Clean photographed surfaces
Source-shaped skin highlights, independent material roughness, no AI smear or universal dirty texture.

Person–world proof
An ordinary-light locked-location insertion must pass both human integration and set-correspondence gates before any styled human frame, sequence or export can proceed.

Role-correct bodies
One high-resolution shared-solve 3×2 identity Inspector, three full-body plus three large face angles, measurable physique targets, native-detail QA, wardrobe silhouette, and state-safe soft-tissue changes.

Real spatial continuity
Independent multi-view locations, a fixed primary anchor, set coordinates, camera marks, and off-screen relations.

Executable cinematography
Approved format, motivated light, finite dynamic range, environment physics, reconstructable camera path, exposure, and motion blur.

Boundary

The Skill never authenticates to Higgsfield, uploads files, invokes an external image API, or spends platform credits. It is independent and unofficial. Animation, illustration, anime, CG/PBR, and game-art workflows are outside scope.
